Webas a result of a federal trade commission case, the operators of a sweepstakes scam that cost consumers millions have agreed to settlements that. This is not legitimate. The $5 fee is for the scammers to learn if you've taken the bait. If you pay the $5, they will tell you of far more serious fees that they claim you will have. I received a sweepstakes offer with the title “sweepstakes audit bureau” which offered $12,000,000.
